Transfers are made using a paper transfer form in accordance with the league rules.

The player registration also needs transfering in Whole Game System. This is done in conjunction with the paper form and should only be started once the 7 days notice of approach has passed unless the current team has waived.
Notice of approach is now performed outside of the Whole Game System. The league recommends that the requesting club emails the existing club secreatry in order to provide an audit trail should you be challenged
The cost of a transfer is £20 and the transfer will not be processed until this amount is paid.
